They'll hurt and be awkward for a bit after getting them and after tightenings, but you'll get used to them! Just avoid really hard and sticky foods. Baby aspirin/tylenol helps take the ache away if it's too bad. Also, brackets will come off no matter how hard you try to avoid it lol, I once had one come off from eating pb&j
