Inperius are basically personified thoughts.
Emi takes the form of an infant or toddler. She cries and mourns what could've been and spends most of her time with memories and fantasies (personified by the rabbits). She's also obsessed with anything that can remind her of "the person" and hates Amy (inperius of forgetting). However, don't underestimate her. Children are smarter than you think.
