This is NOT a place for children because of how easy the things I listed happened, & how most active users saw most of this inappropriate stuff.
Additionally, Artfol can probably get sued if something happens to one of these kids while on the app & this entire platform could probably get shut down from it.
THAT’S why a lot of folks seem to be getting their feathers rustled about this.

I’m not mad, I’m genuinely concerned about the safety of the ones who are under 13 years old.
We OG Artfol users have lived through porn bot waves, “elf/dwarf guy” harassing people & scamming fetish art out of unknowing users, “kys guy/hesser/hessa” posting borderline pedophilic art + gore of cartoon characters + telling users to take their lives + gore harassment in DMs, a few potential groomers, there’s a reason why a lot of us are concerned about this. It’s because we’ve SEEN SOME THINGS.

•The thing is... This is not a place meant for kids. It's so easy to access NSFW and Gore here. And also, all the kids from PopJam I saw here shared only selfies (not allowed AND unsafe for kids. Really, there could be creeps here), memes (not allowed) and traced/copied/stolen art (obviously not allowed). 13 and older ARTISTS are welcome here tho, since sharing our art is the purpose of this app.
