Not a website but there are some stock photo groups out there, like adorka stock and what was once senshi stock (I can’t remember their name even though it’s been like five years since they changed it ^-^")

I personally use pinterest if I want a pose that I'm not sure of, I just know I want it to look like an elegant, fighting, etc. Pose and choose what fits best for the characters.
When I have a very specific pose in mind, I use Magic poser and make it for myself. Sure, it does take a while to move everything to the right place, but so does finding a single picture online that at least looks close enough to what I'm looking for

You can watch any video with sports and pause it at interesting frames. If you neee specific pose yoz can look up a sport that has that kind of movements

You could try lineofaction? Idk if you can choose the pose there bc from what I remember it shows you random poses to train your anatomy skills

something i like to do if ur just doing sketches for fun/practice is look up martial arts or dancer videos and pause at random times and then sketch the poses for practice
