Tomorrow I am going to start taking a 2 week break from social media, because I realised I spent the rest of my days scrolling instead of doing anything creative/productive and someone gave me the idea of taking a break.

So to make sure I won't use my phone I'll for example leave my earbuds at home when I go to work.
