Honestly, that's what I did for a long long time. It's not a bad thing, if you feel you need to do it, then I encourage it.
Because it's very very healthy for you. Disconnecting helps you feel in tune with yourself and your environment and to simply catch a break. I used to use social media a lot because before this, I was a gaming streamer and I was growing quickly. With this came a lot of being on Social Media.
Needless to say it controlled my life and being woth friends or family wasnt on the list.
Now a days I only use it for art. I don't focus heavily on GROWTH because I don't care. I make art for me.
Social Media is a life killer. And sometimes a break is good to remind you of why you are alive and help you become back in tune with yourself.
Hell I dont know why I have Twitter again, I shoukd get rid of that. Its a terrible media. All media are good at getting you addicted and bending the knee.
Remember to live life outside of your devices. Sometimes getting rid of all of it is the best way to.
