the large man spoke looking down at Dex, in his mother's arms
“An alternate Child? We're not humans and yet you have a child!? How do I even know it's mine?” Sasha held the child close, backing away from the man
“ Chris please, it’s our child it's Dex” Chris glared at Sasha slapping her across the face
“That THING isn't my son” Sasha fell back making sure she hit the ground before Dex did.
“Honey, please I understand were alternate's but we have a family… he’s the firstborn alternate” the child screamed as Sasha's head bleed.
“Fine, I'll give you till morning to have your time… then I’m going to remove him myself” Fear filled Sasha's eyes
“Chris Please, Come back!” She screamed as he left her behind in her last seconds with her child.
