My D&D party is so goddam stupid.
I told a dude thunder clap would litreally kill everyone within 15 feet INCLUDING their Kobold companion. (they were on a mechanical cliff where the walls were EXTREMELY sharp).
Yet, still, he used it and (unsurprisingly) their kobold friend was launched off the cliff at March 10 then broke his neck, dying on impact.
Everyone else survived because they either had wings or were too far away.
Now they are negotiating with a god to deem if they get his soul and body back.
