Looks very pretty! I love the background! Maybe try using longer strokes for the line art? Unless that's what you're going for, but the line art seems too sketchy on the head part qwq, the lines on top of the eyes look a bit wonky too maybe try moving one of them lower. But overall I think you did great for your first time! Medibang is quite a bit hard to get used to,,,
