Does your OC world have God's or higher beings? What do your OCS or population think about it?
Most of the world remain pretty indifferent about the sky gods and most don't really believe they exist or have no care for them since they're not leaving on the actual planet.
However, there is one land/country that worships them more than others and it is know as Othera. The royal family believes that their unique power was granted by a sky god. (They're not wrong LOL)Sep 24, 2022

The Lost-Spark universe has no official deities/theism or spiritualism and because of the inclusion of “monsters” as people those who believe in demons always think they don’t have a physical form unless racist.

Almost all of my OCs are gods lmao. The mortals don't know about them, for the most part. Some like Death or Karma interact with humans, but get mistaken for simply being really wacky individuals. Love is an infamous online fanfic writer, with none the wiser of her immortal status. Mason is the only human who is truly aware of the gods' influence on the world.

•In this world there’s many gods that are like the main leaders of the place citizens live at. You can even consider the OC as a demigod based on the powers she has. That is She has powers of the God of Darkness which doesn’t have the greatest history with the other gods or with the public, so she gets bad treatment when people find out who she is. She doesn’t have much thought about the gods but the God of Darkness always tells her stories to give her an insight about how the system works. After all she just wants to get accepted by this new world

In short, my gods function less as the wielder of a concept and more as benign anthropomorphic versions of concepts. Death does not cause death, but IS death itself, if that makes sense.

•In Táalhem there are powerful magical beings called the Dragons. Almost everyone agrees on the fact that they gifted their magic to mankind (some animals and plants can have magic too, but it's not as sophisticated as the magic humans can master).
So the Dragons exist for sure, now the question is how they are considered across Táalhem. On the great majority, they are worshipped as gods. There are 3 major religions : the Architects believe Dragons created the universe and have an active role in choosing fate for example, the Forces acknowledge and deeply respect the Dragons' power but don't think they created everything nor that they have an influence on fate, and the last one which doesn't have a name yet is the belief that Dragons are servants to an even more powerful being, the Great Goddess (which is entirely hypothetical unlike the Dragons who have been seen). The latter is almost entirely a Dacian religion (it's just a fancy word for the elves of our world).
Of course there are minor cults, variations and extremism. For example to talk about the Dacians again, some believe that magic was actually stolen from the Dragons, this results in a deep hatred for Mages (even tho Dacian Mages exist). Now put one of those guys in charge of the entire Dacian Empire and BOOM! You have unlocked the Great War against magic and the start of a genocide.

•Masterkey takes place in a parallel version of our reality so religions are largely the same on Earth. But on other planets...well there polytheism and monotheism, same as Earth. The only religion I go into is the Torvan Church (name is a work in progress). It's monotheistic, and the central creation deity is called "Nth." There are clerics and priests who practice healing magic and lead services. The church comes under fire by an authoritarian government that feels threatened by its connection to people and nature, and its adherents are forced to scatter or dumb down their messages to line up with the government's propaganda. My OCs' relation to the church would be hard to explain without getting into the weeds and rambling forever.

•Yes. Chosen Warrior is the continuation of our world after Ragnorak if there were Norse Gods. Infact, Chosen Warrior: Knights of Valmaria takes place 17,000 years after our time, and there have been 2 Ragnorak like events (Ragnorak, and Armarak, second being a mix of Armeggedon and Ragnorak) since. As Norse Mythology goes, Baldur and two humans (a male and a female) survive the Ragnorak. The world becomes renewed, and new things begin to happen. Humanity suddenly evolves to have use of Arcana (magic, but more serious), becoming the Elven. New Gods appear, but are kept away from Midgard by the Children of Baldur, 8 Gods and Goddesses. They are Aethor, Seigfried, Bjorn, Alvia, Freiya, Fenris (named after the wolf Fenris), Leah and Elysia. After Baldur's death, however, many gods become emboldened, including an old god thought to have died during the Ragnorak. This God went under the Alias "Grimrir" (pronounced Grimmer), and lead millions of Dragons against Midgard, the Children of Baldur and the Elven, 10,000 years after Ragnorak. This was the Armarak. During which, a powerful Warrior Princess of the Elven slew many Dragons, or Dreki, till a MASSIVE one known as Domskirn killed her. Impressed by her skill, determination and spirit, they took her soul and body, remerged them, each gave half their own power to her in a sword that served as the power's vessel, made her the First Chosen Warrior and a Goddess, and named her Valmaria. Valmaria took on Grimrir, and while nearly dying again, she imprisoned him and Domskirn, as well as many other Dreki, in a special part of the void between worlds, now known as the Everprison. But the Battle between Valmaria and Grimrir left the world in shambles and the Elven nearly extinct, about 5000 survivors. The now 9 Gods and Goddesses then decide to revoke Arcana from the Elven, making them Human again, seeing the Dreki craved the power themselves. And the concussive force released between Gods as they fight was enough to lay flat...

•In my story there are no Gods on their own, but you can become God however.
There's a special magical orb that can make anyone into a powerful God. But it's kept away from anyone and is protected by the shield so that no one would ever have that power. It didn't stop one idiot though. My whole story revolves around a selfish immature punk trying to become God.
