Badly. Lmao. On a serious note: you need to post frequently and at the right time, use lots of hashtags, but mainly you need to actively participate in the community- art twitter does a lot of "art trains" and "artists support". These are really useful to grow in terms of numbers, but not much in terms of engagement. You just post and hope someone will reblog lmao. + there's a function to create lists, private or public, that feature only the accounts you've chosen- that way you can switch to personalized feeds where you see only your moots, or only accounts that tweet about certain specific topics, etc. If this was a technical question about how you create threads or how the TL works,, well,,,,,, that's another story
