The Sapphire Diaries - One page
I'm gonna be really honest with you guys and share something personal. I've been down the gutter these days, honestly. I've been sad for no absolute reason, or rather a reason that i haven't figured out yet. I feel like everyone in the world is better than me in everything they do. And that I'm the worst. I'm usually a very energetic and positive person, so feeling like this isn't something I'm proud of or that is usual for me. This comic page is the most personal art i have ever drawn. It's about a place deep in my imagination, in my dreams, a place i go to whenever I feel really down. In that place, there is always a person waiting for me to comfort me, and that person may change over time, depending on my preferences, but it's always the same personality, i think. It's a world i have created for myself, and the very reason i started writing. It helped me a lot overcome many challenges in life, because somewhere out there, i imagine there is someone cheering for me, who wants the best for me and who wants me to succeed. And that person is waiting for me to meet them? if that makes sense at all. Anyway, that's about it. It sounds insane, but it is what it is.Aug 4, 2025#comic
