What I would say to myself in that situation (which i've been in) is try to take it as it is and keep my mind and my time busy with things I find pleasure doing, as balance will come in its own time. Art is a lifelong journey, as I'm sure you've heard before. Find beauty in the process and allow yourself to make mistakes. As long as you keep pursuing what you love, you will learn and grow and find your voice, I have no doubt about it. And yeah, just scrEAM from time to time, it helps
