i want the ability to manipulate time, like freeze time or go back/forward in time :)

Your side effect is that you completely become whatever you decide to shapeshift into the longer you stay in that form. If you shapeshift into a bear for too long, your mind is the mind of a bear now and you can’t change back. If you shapeshift into a tree for a long time, your stuck as a tree now
