So 2 cards for one account!

I remember watching smth that it wasn’t legal for people under 18 to make payments for commissions and stuff?
I was half asleep so I don’t remember well…
And this is huge (to me) art community so I wanna ask you guys!!

I’m clueless and I need help- Q^Q I’m trying to do a lot of research! But I’m dumb…

Short ver. Of this-

How much do you think my commissions should be? (I’m not using it to live off of- just cash to have to spend on myself!)

And Is this legal? Cause I don’t wanna do smth wrongggg Q^Q

From what I’ve gathered, it is legal. However it is risky as people who order commissions from you are able to scam you by not paying, and there wouldn’t be anything you could do besides call them out publicly since you can’t make contracts when under 18. So be careful!!
Regarding your prices, don’t undersell yourself, even if you don’t plan on making a living off it! Your time is worth a lot, so don’t spend hours drawing only to make 3 bucks. Minimum price 5$ for smaller works such as headshots or icons. Ive seen somewhere it’s good to take minimum wage x hours worked on a piece to get a fair price for your time, but it all depends on you and what you think your arts worth.
That’s just my opinion, hope this helps! :D
It is legal, just all income has to be under your mothers name
I’m pretty sure it’s legal but I don’t know, maybe you should ask some people who already have their commissions open
