Fanart of Yachiyo (and her companion Fushi!) from Cosmic Princess Kaguya! Ever since the first trailer for CPK! released in November, I KNEW Yachiyo was going to be my favorite character. I was worried that Yachiyo was going to end up being a twist villain but I thankfully was wrong. There is an absolutely INSANE plot twist regarding her though I won’t spoil it! Amazing movie, I highly recommend it! Beautiful animation, really catchy music, and a creative subversion of a classic Japanese fairy tale! (It’s also only rated PG so anyone can watch it from your annoying 5-year old brother to your elderly grandmother that has no clue what an anime even is!)Jan 29, 2026#yachiyo
