I just bought Sims 4 because I have no self control and I'm kinda cool with that

Anyone have suggestions for packs I should buy? I think I'm both gonna do building and gameplay if that helps.
I heard Seasons is vital, and I'm thinking of making some of my OC's that has a restaurant, so Dineout is also kinda needed then...
