Samsung tablet user over here! I recently switched to using autodesk sketchbook, and it's nice. It required a bit of practice to get used to, though.

Autodesk sketchbook is good. Its simplistic and has about all of the functions you need. And of course Ibispaint x thats one of the most popular drawing apps with quite a lot of features and brushes
