Ara! 
This is for a draw to adopt, and I had sooo much fun drawing her!
(Edit: Unfortunately I didnt win but I still had a lot of fun!)
Sheād fit so well into my OC universe.
I didnāt remove anything from her design, but I did add: the raindrop pattern on the sleeves, the raindrops on the hair elastic things, a few more lines on her sweater, the raindrops hanging from her hat, and the most obvious - the wings :) (since if I win I plan to add her to my fairy OC universe Iām building). And if I were to have drawn the bottom half, the skirt would probably have raindrops hanging like on the hat!
So hereās everything about her personality/character/story/etc that I would give her if Iād won
(pls note sheās not my OC and even tho Iāll be saying stuff like āher name ISā itās all just what I WOULD doā¦):

Though the main part of my fairy universe is the girls orphanage, where my OCs live (the ones I havenāt shown yet are currently being drawn
), Ara lives in the town with her parents. She likes to look for mushrooms in the forest for her mom to cook, but spends most of her time at a stream in the woods, alone (itās the biggest body of water she has, as the fairies live in the middle of a monster-infested forest - itās not even really safe for her to be at the stream, but she goes anyway. She dreams of seeing the ocean someday). She enjoys reading there, looking for frogs, or just watching the water. She's a bit shy, and doesn't like talking to people often, but sometimes goes up to the orphanage to help with the younger kids. She smiles and laughs the most when she's playing with them, more than with people her age. She also babysits for a couple family friends in town occasionally.
She can control the element of water - any water, anywhere, including the small particles of water in the air, atmosphere, and cloudsā¦ thatās how she can make it rain
Likes:
Rainy days (that she did and didn't cause), frogs, mushrooms, jellyfish, mystery books.
Dislikes:
