Neelah (Numberless): Water Elementalist
Anyway this is another oc (which used to belonged to my friend but she no longer used it) And her name is numberless but i changed it to Neelah because numberless is weird. Lets say some jerks called her numberless and she went with it. And she will say "I don't care if someone called me that because there are no first place or last place. That makes me good about myself because everyone can be a winner."Is like midoriya with the name deku.
And she has an element of water
She can turn into a mermaid when contact with water
