@pulce_ll's post on Artfol
Is it useful HERE to add Trigger Warnings (like TW // eyestrain, bugs, blood, etc)?
I understand on other platforms like twitter and Tumblr where the text is ABOVE the picture, so someone reads the text before the photo and can avoid easily that kind of contents, but since here is the opposite how should I do?Jun 25, 2021

Also I suggest reading the content guidelines to see what is and isn't allowed to be posted on Artfol

•When you're making an image posts on Artfol, you have the option to add a gore and/or NSFW filter, which will automatically censor the image for people who have NSFW/gore hidden. if you're under 18 it's automatic, if you're 18+ you can choose whether or not NSFW/gore is censored, and if you're 18+ you can hide NSFW/gore but still have the option to see specific posts if you click to open the image. So, always select the NSFW and/or gore filters if necessary when making your posts, but I think it's also helpful to put more specific TWs/CWs in the caption or title of the post, so that 18+ people who have the filters on could choose whether or not they want to see the specific post. Like, I'm okay with seeing nudity but not sexual stuff, so if I see a post that has the NSFW filter but the caption days it's only filtered because of nudity, then I'll know it's okay to open the image! Things like eyestrain and bugs don't really fit into NSFW or gore, but if you're concerned that those things could bother or harm people, then you could use the filters for them and like I said, it would be helpful to mention in the caption what the filters are on there for. I think the devs might be planning on/working on more specific filters in the future though, so maybe someday they'll be a specific filter for eyestrain, for example!

•maybe say it’s nsfw/gore(so for some people it’s censored) but write the triggers in the description.. I’m not completely sure if that’s how it works on here tho
