My Oc Hope Phoenix + "experiment"

Fist i know that you have already seen this but I'm "experimenting" because I see it a bit blurry like some details are not show ,so I'm asking if you please can tell me how you see it. Like it is my phone ? It's too old?? What's the point of showing your drawings if they are not the way it supposed to be AAAAAAA
Hello there 3 days ago I made this drawing while playing around with colors since I don't have my own style yet. I'm really proud especially about the eye since I really like colouring them there are still a lot of things that I need to practice but I'm trying my best...I hope I can see a lot of amazing artists

-can use any types of elements even the ones who came from that element like from water she can use ice etc...She can use every time of magic but not immediately, she learns the more you go ahead of the story and overcome her trumas
•personality: she looks cold a bit bitchy and scary for her scars all around her body especially the one on her face that extends to her back. She cause trouble but not because she starts them but because she has a short-temper. That's because she doesn't trust people expecially how they treat her, except her close friends of course. This doesn't mean that she is not friendly, she can be an amazing friend and help you when you need her, this also thanks to her nose she can smell everything, how you feel, sad, stressed, happy, if you are telling a lie etc...
plus she can her hear noises from a very far distance...
SHE IS HARDWORKING AND TRAIN EVERY DAY SO SHE IS VERY STRONG DON'T MAKE HER ANGRY. She doesn't like to "kill" she likes to make people suffer(ajajaj) a frase from her is worse than getting stab (the more she is angry or annoyed the more hurtful the frase will be )
For example "I feel sorry for your mother for carrying a piece of shit like you for 9 months  and then giving a painful birth" or "go ahead stab me but I'll put it right up your ass" yeah... and lastly if she become handy you and up at the hospital she is amazing at fighting.
Lasty her hair cover a birthmark if you want to call it that way and her right arm and left leg is part werewolf.
