Honestly this looks gorgeous and I love your style!
I hope you don't mind as you mentioned shading but I'd like to critique your characters left eye, I feel if you made is a little bit smaller, it might fit better with the face!
You could also add more highlights! By adding a new layer on top and using whatever blend mode your program has in terms of glow/glow dodge etc you could just add (in small amounts) light in a certain direction and do little hard/soft lighting on the character, it's kind of tricky but experiment! If the the light is 'too punchy' you can always put the opacity of the layer down! And because you did it on a separate layer you can always delete it and have the artwork as is no harm done!
Again your work is beautiful and you are making progress! Keep doing what you do and results will show, I hope what I've said helps you in any way and best of luck!
