A work in progress
Since this picture is still a work in progress. I need your critiques on what to fix. Cuz I think things look really wonky just like my handwritings on my school books. Btw, this is supposed to be Beidou from Genshin Impact. And if you can, tell me how am I supposed to draw her Vision because as you can tell it looks like deformed metal instead.Jul 30, 2021#beidou

I think you have a good direction going, a lot of your shapes are good. There's some working perspective in there too.
There's some anatomy that needs adjusting that may be making feel wonky. There's a muscle that runs from just above the base of your neck to the start of your shoulder that's missing. Her sleeve should end right before her shoulder starts, and try making the shoulder curve off sooner, as it looks right now it feels like it come to a hard corner.
The upper arm on the left feels really thin and her shoulder disappears. Her fluffy part of the dress attaches slightly below the shoulder on each arm, so that might be unintentionally causing some visual problems too. Overall you look like you have a good sense of where body parts are in relation to each other, so maybe try twisting her body a bit more - legs face further to the left, and her torso twists toward the viewer, and her head looks directly at the viewer. For her hand, you have her fingers at the right length, maybe try giving them a bit of a bend, and taper them off slightly at the ends.
Try those ideas, then see how it feels after that. The direction is great, some stuff will just come with studying how things look and practice. Keep it up!
