/Idk if this would work for the challenge but its what i've come up with/
Jess has something like Hypengiophobia, (fear of being responsible),, they don't exactly have this phobia but they do have an intese fear of being responsible of someone else (and also kinda avoids responsibilities) as a result of trauma (that I already told about in the backstory). They don't actually start crying because of this fear anymore because
️ Therapy ️ but they do become incapable of function because of it since being responsible of someone reminds them of what happened with their little sister and gives them a whole lot of fear/anxiety (they wouldn't be able to lead a mission)
