I just for the heck of it installed a focus app to not grab my phone and am now halfway the book i started to read this evening xD
So maybe that's an option?

•Listening to audiobooks helped me (that’s how I “read” most of the murderbot books myself)(the dramatized adaptions were actually pretty good)

•I feel this, I’ve found the only way I can sit down in read is if I bring a book to read before and after my classes start
