Question question. What is your favorite genre/sub-genre to read, and for authors/writers out there, what is your favorite genre/sub-genre to write?
For me, I love reading pretty much anything fantasy, though I’ve really liked the ones about mythology/retellings the most.
I also enjoy writing high(ish) fantasy with complex magic systems. Oddly enough, a lot of my drabbles are very much based on crumbling governments/fantasy politics (I hate talking about politics though). I also really enjoy writing space fantasies/space operas.Jul 19, 2021

I thought I liked drama/fantasy/romance but I tend to enjoy action/thriller ones more (Webtoons specifically) owo

The thriller/adventure/fantasy series hand em over, but when I’m writing it’s mostly fantasy and/or adventure.

I like reading fantasy and romance a lot and I enjoy both high and urban fantasy.
The novel I'm writing right now I think can be considered sort of a high fantasy despite taking place in a post Post societal/Technological regression setting, but the next story project I have been planning is urban fantasy with romance.

I really like reading romance, fantasy, and sci-fi (especially space stuff), so that’s the kind of stuff I write too! :D

I like mystery, as well as sci-fi. I mainly am interested in fictional stories. I like writing fiction and sci-fi as well, I’m bad at writing mysteries though. I also like reading realistic fiction, I’m decent at writing that as well.
