i am not good at human faces oh my god
man i am so glad i got prisma to hide this ugly crud from ppl who just look at my acct. so ummm. this is @meganehaven ‘s Ayrealis and as u can see i tried very hard and it did not work. what are some good tips for rendering faces? what resources would u recommend?Jul 16, 2022#help

You could take a look at sinix'(s?) take on rendering skin if you have the time, he talks about it more generally iirc, but it also applies to faces :-)

(He has other tutorials for rendering different parts of the human body also if you're interested, they're pretty good)
Though I don't think it looks that bad at all honestly! I like how you rendered the darker shadows around their nose and neck!

•Maybe add a line under the chin that can work as a shadow to separate the face from his neck.
Sadly, I'm very unfamiliar with what rendering is as I'm used to work traditionally and my digital work is mostly self taught, but that would be my only recommendation. In general I think it looks very good
