Which do you prefer: high or low fantasy? And why?

high fantasy! i just love fantasy world building in general, like from their culture, background, politics, etc. also i use fantasy as an escape from reality, so yeah high fantasy it is

Going off of I love high fantasy!
I'm a worldbuilding nerd, and it's just more interesting to me to be in a completely new world with new rules and places to explore and weird unique shit to discover, rather than in a world that's 'our own world but magic' or "and alternate version of our history but magic" or something. (Which also often brings with it wonky worldbuilding and/or plot holes and logical leaps)
But I'll still take a well-fleshed out or fun low fantasy over a boring and generic high-fantasy universe i think. I mean, many of my past fixations have been (surprisingly) low fantasy universes i believe - Percy Jackson, Harry Potter (rip can't believe that guy got killed by Darth Vader), Jacksepticeye egos etc.
So I can enjoy either, but High Fantasy is most definitely my favourite

I prefer high fantasy because it’s easier to make things logical there because there can be new nature laws and so on

High «dark» fantasy! I really enjoy the lore, places, minor stories, creatures and the magical elements, but I prefer a more grounded story, that is more grey that black and, and good be evil.

•Low fantasy. I have great respect for high fantasy and the amount of work put into them. But I’m not that great at keeping up with all the lore and characters.
Also low fantasy allowes for more human drama which I like more than «good vs bad» stories
