This is incredible. I love Barbara she's so cute 
as for critique, you've done some really nice render work on her hair and skin, however her clothes lack that same life like texture and depth. The ribbon for example, we'd see ample amounts of shine. While her dress is alike to that of satin, it's built with structure making it presumably thicker of tougher than you average satin material. We'd see some more darker shadows were it creases and billows out. We'd see more creases around the wrists too. I would also recommend bringing that Ice blue in the hair also into the clothing to tie the whole image together. It's super solid though, you did a great job
