Episode 15: Otōto (Little Brother)

On a cold autumn Mirai and Mrs Yamamoto went to get the groceries. But it was too cold, so Hana was asked to take care of Haku. He is Hana's half brother, they have a mother in common. Haku has always been that annoying little brother that Hana just can't get rid of. She loves him dearly after all he is her brother. Haku doesn't like to grow out his hair, something that Hana and him have in common. Hana cuts her hair when she notices it gets too long. Not that very well according to Haku. While talking they started a conversation about Mirai. Haku thinks Mirai is a superhero, since she makes everything happy and helps him when he needs it. "Mirai is a superhero!"says Haku. "No she's not," says Hana," she's an angel." Haku doesn't understand very well, if she's an angel why isn't she in the sky? Why doesn't she have wings? Why is she here? Hana feels like now there is no going back and she must tell Haku, Mirai's story.May 4, 2021
