So... we're going back to basics! This is my first time fully using a reference to draw a portrait.
It's great for accuracy, hard to train yourself to draw what you see rather than what you know but I learned a lot from this one. I've used references before but I only usually borrow certain elements from it. Using one reference is good for accuracy but it is a bit limiting.
Do you use references when drawing?
