Looks like a good study so far 
I like that you don't over use the soft brush and airbrush like the majority of beginner digital artist so there's a big thumb up for that 
also when I started with digital painting two years ago I was not happy at all how clean and digital the paintings looked so one of the first things that I done after learning few basic things was downloaded interesting brushes ( but not the cheap ones like repeating leaves for trees and similar )brushes with different rough feel that often mimic traditional brushes of different kinds that make the painting look less "perfect" and introduced a possible random chance with each stroke, also I have tried many painting softwares and my overall favorite with the best brush experience is clip studio paint pro I can not recommend it enough if you want a more natural and traditional feel of the digital painting. Otherwise for the painting itself, it's a good practice sketch or a good start for a painting if you want to finish it
