This is random, but I feel like a lot of people annot grasp that just becasue someone acts silly it doesn't mean they're an idiot! What are your thoughts on this?

Example: Myself. I'm someone who can be quite silly and i feel like (becauae of that) people tend to dismess my suggestions in serious situations, then do numerous other things and lastly do the exact thing I suggest and are like "oh, hooray! It works!" Yeah. Totally not like I told you. πŸ˜‚

Oh this was my hell too when I was in middle/high school 😀 Being a goof and automatically becoming the Comic Relief Friend forever...

Luckily the ppl I hang with now appreciate all my qualities πŸ’•

hi I’m the same way!!! I definitely think a lot of people don’t realize this. My closest friends and my family do, but sometimes I run across people/friends who think I’m too dumb to give good advice, or even worse, I have people talk down to me like they think I’m incapable :β€˜D luckily this doesnt happen too often though! In my case it was a former friend and then people at work

I think you see this especially often with fictional characters. Just look at how the Undertale fandom portrays Papyrus.

Society called you bad for playing in grass as a kid. The reality is we're animals and we can do whatever we want. They're just insecure.

Those people are the actual idiots- there’s nothing wrong with being silly!
