I think your character design and shape language are both pretty strong! For work, I would try to decide where you can to focus: games, shows, feature, etc. All of them have really specific and different needs you should try to learn more about! Imo your style leans more show/television based and less game or feature film, but that's just my observation. Indie comics are getting bigger now so there is a chance of finding work helping others (paid colorist for a webtoon piece, etc). Your style does seem to lend itself well to comics too
