I kind of want to try to make a PMV/AMV or animatic. Anyone knows a good editing app (for playstore) or program which has many and good options?
(I dont want to just put all the pictures together and call it a day, I would actually want some effects, Texts, etc.)

I use KineMaster and cute cut for mobile...I don't know any good program for PC though since,I don't usually use my PC for editing.
