Well the head is floating cuz it's not attached to the neck (it's too on the right) and the right shoulder is too big and high. For the shading: you ser the dark color u used on the face? Use it on the rest of the body too, it looks good. And the hair is too light considering how dark the shadow is so make the dark parts a little darker
