Best thing I did when I was in the same situation was study other artits styles that looked like something nearly that I had in mind to define my own style. Your favourite art styles gonna be the best refference for what you want, you need to pay a close attention to the way they are collored, the forms, etc and pratice til you reach the result youre aiming
