Terms of Service: Terms of service:
1. Payment
I will send you the total amount at the beginning/amount will be specified in website. Please pay the whole amount upfront!!!
If you think I am unable to fulfill your request at any point, feel free to cancel. However, the payment is non refundable. (◡ ω ◡)
2. Communication
Communication through the websites e.g. vgen, kofi is the default. If you'd like to be contacted through other platforms, let me know! I'll send you the quick sketch within a week. All major changes will be done on this stage. If it's possible, try not to exceed 5 changes.
I will continue to ask your opinions throughout the process. However, after the lineart stage, there will be no major changes. (Adding minor details can be discussed!)
If applicable, I will send you colour palettes as well ^^
I will send you progress updates, and I will only continue drawing after you've given me your approval after every stage, so please don't ghost me ! 😭😭😭
3. Completion time There will be a 1-4 week window to complete based on the difficulty and amount of orders. However, it is common for me to complete the commision within a week. ^^
If you want your work to be done earlier, there will be additional costs based on the complexity fees.
4. Cancellation / On hold
At any stage, I have the right to refuse accepting your commission/ completing your work during the drawing stage based on any reason. I will give you a refund of what you paid at the beginning + the result of the current progress of the artwork. If due to personal reasons I am not able to complete the work within the expected timeframe, I will notify you immediately.
If you wish you cancel, I will refund you of the what you paid at the beginning + the result of the current progress of the artwork.
5. I will upload the final artwork to my socials stating that it's a commsion/ use it as future references or examples for other customer.
