I wanted to ask If anyone knew any good websited to read/upload webcomics?
I do not have webtoon, I tries it once and uninstalled it and I hate it for multiple reasons.
I've heard of Tapas but is it actually any good?
I'm just looking for a nice place to read quality stuff and maybe upload something in the future.
So share what you use and your opinions on it!
Do you use webtoon, tapas, another? Do you recommend it?
(I know the best way to upload is through your own website but I can't have that rn)

I use Webtoon the most and I love it, BUT I do understand it is very difficult to find good quality webcomics! I’ve struggled a ton but I have found some amazing stories!!
‘My Gently Raised Beast’: is a sweet fantasy that is very heartwarming but still has an interesting story plot. Another heartwarming yet more realistic romance is ‘The Kiss Bet’ which has come a very long way! If that’s not your thing I also recommend, ‘Days of Hana’ which is an amazing fantasy romance that has a breathtaking storyline that is packed full of action as you read through, an amazing story that you will 100% be emotionally invested in. If you like BLs my top recommendation would have to be ‘Muted’ which is a shorter webcomic but is very beautifully made! I have many more recommendations so if you liked any of those or just want to know more feel free to message me!

I use Comicfury. Its pretty neat website that allowes you to customize the website showing the webcomic. It also recently banned AI generated comics. Idk much about the community cuz I’m too shy to interact with anyone

Globalcomix has better support for both traditional page and vertical scroll formats, is focused towards creators and doesn’t have crummy size limits for pages like Webtoon
It’s a newer site but I’m hoping it picks up, now that it has an app! Currently hosting my webcomic, Underbrush, ok there and on Webtoon. It feels better to upload on Globalcomix imo lol

I like the webtoons browser site more than the app. Tapas is really good for the interface and also for creators, also Comicfury is a bit smaller but I enjoy reading on there. Then theres one called Globalcomix that I haven’t used much myself just yet. Lastly, theres a new one called NamiComi that I liked the reading experience but so far haven’t found any comics that I am excited to read there yet.
