This is really cute and pretty! 
The pastel colors are beautiful and looks very harmonious together. The line art is clean and smooth, and the different color of the lines looks nice. The character's expression is super adorable and I like the simplicity of the facial features. Drawing sitting poses can be very challenging, but you definitely succeeded! 
As for critique; I think the shape of the feet are a bit too pointy and sharp compared to the rest of the drawing, so I think it would look better if the feet had a rounder shape. The part of the jacket that hangs down could also be a little bit rounder (and maybe shorter too). The flowers are more detailed than they need to be, it would fit the overall style of the drawing better if the flowers were bigger and fewer and with simpler line art.
