the fencer comes through super clear for me!! The lines and shapes and colours immediately made me think of fencer garments hehe (but I did misinterpret the crosses as like. A Denmark flag before I noticed the doctor head thingy-) I love the bandaid belt as well AAAA that's such a fun detail to round off the entire design!!
