I would have said clip paint studio but they just announced that they were going to start doing subscription base prices next year and its a no for me. However, i do have a lot of art programs ive bought or found!

•I heard that Krita is good cuz it's free and customizable but I personally wasn't able to adjust to it lol. I settled on Clip Studio Paint but it does have a bit of a pricetag on it

Autodesk sketchbook and medibangpaint pro are the two programs i use. Medibang is a lil complicated at first but its got a few cool features
