ATLA characters in their Halloween costumes! This is Azula as Harley Quinn! Creating this was really fun. At first I was gonna draw Azula as a witch, but that felt too easy and I felt like she wouldn't even think to wear a witch costume. Then I remembered she kinda crazy , then Harley Quinn instantly came to mind. Yes, she's crazy, but she's also a baddie that can fight.
