I think it heavily depends on what you're trying to achieve. If you want to build a community then Twitch seems to be the place to be found and seen. At least that's what I try.

Twitch has gone downhill so sod that. YouTube is okay so you could check that out and see how it goes.
Kick is up-and-coming and there has been some good stuff there as it does what Twitch doesn’t do
