At the risk of maybe sounding a bit harsh - unless you're a pro or very popular, you probably don't have to worry that AI is picking up your work.
AI is best at creating HIGHLY detailed images in styles that mimic some of the best artists around. Because... It doesn't understand how to actually make art. More detail = more data. And more data = easier for the computer to work out what it's doing.
So... Most of the dataset is built on pro level work, or things that pop up on search engines fairly quickly.
Not to say they aren't eventually going to go for less popular, or less skilled, artists. But that's kinda not what the people using these models WANT.

Don't know if they have the absolute most accurate data set, last time I used it myself I think it said it only had stuff from 2021 or earlier. Not sure if that's because the AI doesn't have anything more recent or what. I tried a few of my pieces and I wasn't in there - I'm both not a pro, and not very well known. AI isn't interested in my work.

There this new app thing called Glaze if you want that puts a layer of noise on your art and makes it unusable by AI
Tho if it's only about the noise, that could be done on almost any art software but that's a theory that needs to be tested upon
