Lux Aeterna
Inspired by Thomas Bergersen's piece Lux Aeterna.I have painted this lion a couple of times and I think it might become a character at some poiny. Megatherion Ultima - my black, star-eating panther, was born from a series of work and I didn't realize it was a character until I had painted it several times. I have had an idea of a counterpart for Ultima for a while and I think it's taking shape. I might name this beast Megatherion Illumina. As Ultima swallows all the light Illumina emits it. Legends say it can give life to stars.Apr 14, 2021
