Powers Study - Rai

So this is a new one but an old one: I've recently revisited my first ever story I came up with as a kid and am reworking it, starting with the characters and their powers/forms.

First up is the 1st protag, Rai. You don't have the context behind the forms and powers, but that's ok, it's just for funsies at this point. I will say, however, that I COMPLETELY forgot how ridiculous his list of power ups, forms and abilities was by the time I left it alone, so this dilution was DESPERATELY needed.

He is big, angry and strong, but eventually he isn't as angry anymore and gets even stronger. Character Development
