hmm it's nice, to help with how the back looks i would select the head part and drag it to the left and a bit upwards, I sometimes also do it way too much to the front 
also remember to flip your canvas horizontally sometimes :) that helps you notice more stuff

However, I think the pose is a bit hard to read, especially the part of her neck and shoulders that is covered by the hair strand. It could easily be mistaken for a hunchback since you can't see the base of her neck.
