This is a few suggestions, you don't have to do it:
- add the words: community, camaraderie, friendly acquaintanceship to your dictionary
- takes notes from everyone else on the social strata of how people can get along with each other without having to forge a soul connection through trial and fire
- refrain from being paranoid/suspicious of people's intentions, especially in harmless situations
- reflect on how your own emotional intelligence (high low or average) correlates to your peers
- talk to someone who has some common sense so you don't have to spiral into depressive existential loner thoughts and coming into your own indefinite conclusions
